What clients ask us
How much does a custom application cost?
It depends on what the application has to do. After discovery you receive a specification and a quote split into stages, so you know in advance what is delivered and what each part costs.
Can we start with a smaller version?
Yes, and that is usually what we recommend: a first version with the essential features, put to use as soon as possible, then extended in stages based on real use.
Can you take over the data from the system we use now?
Yes. We import the data from Excel files or from the old system's database and check it together with you after the import.
Where is the data kept?
On servers in the European Union, with secure access and role-based permissions in the application. Sensitive data, such as patient documents, is kept outside the public area of the server.
What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website presents the company: services, prices, contact. A web application is a working tool: users log in, enter and change data, and the application runs calculations, generates documents or sends notifications. Many projects have both, for example a public website with a booking area or a client portal.
